All courses are approved by NAADAC, CAADE, CBAPF, California BBS, DCCB/PADC, LCBCSAC, USNCB and the Florida Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling for the hours stated unless otherwise noted in approvals. All courses NYS OASAS approved under Section II for both Credentialing and Recredentailing for the hours stated unless otherwise noted in approvals. California BBS limits homestudy to 12 hours. Texas Social Workers are limited to 1.0 CEU (10 contact hours) by homestudy. Accepted by CAADAC for PDH Hours.
STEPS TO COURSE COMPLETION

2. Print Post Test for Exam from this website.
3. Print Electronic Course Completion Form from this website.
4. Complete Post Test and record answers on required Course Completion Form.
5. Mail or FAX completed Course Completion Form with payment (check or credit card).
6. Your certificate of completion will arrive by return mail or FAX, as
you specify.
