Our CAADAC approval expired on 4-30-09. We have not renewed our CAADAC Provider due to excessive competition, including direct competition from CAADAC’s partnerships with DCLAS, Breining Institute and CFAAP.
Our position is that CAADAC should accept all courses sold while we were an approved provider.
CAADAC CONTINUING EDUCATION PROVIDER REGULATIONS effective on 4-30-09,
“The provider must submit an application to CAADAC for CAADAC approval at least four (4) weeks prior to the date the first course is to begin”.
CAADAC’s position is the provider must be current at the time the certificate is issued, not the time the course is sold.
CAADAC will, however, accept your hours for the PDH requirement.
