Discusses program management issues specific to women’s treatment. OBJECTIVES: At the completion of this course, the participant will be able to: 1) identify the unique concerns of women in recovery, 2) evaluate the comprehensive features of a womens substance abuse program, 3) develop individual treatment plans based on principals of treating woman at risk, 4) define cultural competency and 5) establish a network of community resources to provide services necessary for successful recovery in women.
